WE'RE HIRING — Administrator (Rustenburg)

BAS Air Power, a leading Compressed Air & Purification company, is looking for a dynamic, organised, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Rustenburg team.

If you thrive under pressure, love keeping things running smoothly, and have a sharp eye for detail. We want to hear from you! 👇

What you'll need:
✅ Grade 12 (Matric)
✅ Administrative Diploma/Certificate (advantageous)
✅ Minimum 2 years' administrative experience
✅ Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
✅ Experience with debtors and creditors
✅ Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Pastel)
✅ Valid driver's licence
✅ Experience with customer portals (Coupa, Ariba or similar) and/or the compressed air / engineering industry is a big plus

A few of the things you'll do:
📌 Load Spot Bids and process Purchase Orders on the Coupa Portal
📌 Generate and upload Tax Invoices to customer portals
📌 Manage Assetpool Job Cards and the Open Jobs List
📌 Handle creditors, supplier reconciliations and invoice processing
📌 General office administration, filing and stores

✔️ Matric
✔️ 1–2 years Safety/SHEQ administration experience
✔️ Valid driver's license
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Pastel
✔️ Mining experience (advantageous)

What you'll do:
Coordinate training, book medicals & inductions, manage safety portals (Passport 360, Samancor & HSEC Online), compile safety files, assist with DOL/DMRE audits, manage PPE, and keep the Safety Department running smoothly.
