CHECKPOINT: CAB3 IS ILLEGAL.

Today the Members of Parliament of Zimbabwe are voting for the controversial Constitutional Amendment Bill Number 3. This comes after the Constitutional Court dismissed war veterans and Prince Dubeko Sibanda's court cases.

Whether it is voted for,that does not change that the Bill is illegal.

CHECKPOINT: Chiwenga entering ZANU PF HQ for the war veterans national assembly.

CAB3 posters were lifted up and expected to be some noise to show Chiwenga that CAB3 is supported by war veterans, but only one lady was screaming alone while everyone was quiet 🤐.

There's too much fear in Zanu pf more than the outside world.

CHECKPOINT:The Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe has dismissed the war veterans court case where they are challenging CAB3. CON Court directed them to the High Court.

"We spent weeks waiting for a so-called reserved judgement only to receive a comment from the whole Constitutional Court. Compromised judges running away from taking responsibility in a tactical way (delaying tactics).

CAB3 is illegal and there's no judge who can hand down a negative judgement against those who are challenging it, which is the reason why CON COURT refused to make a judgement and asked the war veterans to approach the High Court

CHECKPOINT: There is Audio in circulation where Maponga is saying Rutendo Matinyarare wanted to record ⏺️ Emerson Mnangagwa' at state when whey were about to have a meeting with him. ED was then briefed by the security agency that there was a device that was recording, he excused himself to the bathroom and the meeting was cancelled.

We saw Tungwarara giving Rutendo expensive car plus $200 000 for Rutendo Matinyarare to stop attacking the first family. Does this mean Rutendo has some recorded conversation with the first family?

CHECKPOINT:DAD Hope is part of those who pretend to be fighting for the removal of Zanu pf, attacking the main opposition also accusing NC of being bought by Zanu pf without giving you evidence.

" All this done just to destroy NC's support base and favour Zanu pf. In video below Maponga is confirming that Dad Hope , make some efforts to solve ZANU PF problems behind the scenes. In public he pretends to be with you "but attacking the opposition under the narrative of trying to build the strong opposition.
