ParaMatic Developments is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Software Support & Client Service Specialist to join our Johannesburg office.

Role Overview
You will provide high-level software support to our clients, primarily working with Tekla Structures, alongside ParaMatic's MEP add-ons for Tekla, while delivering exceptional client service to both local and international clients. This role requires strong technical competence combined with excellent communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
• Strong working proficiency in Tekla Structures
• Excellent spoken and written English (we work with international clients)
• Ability to provide professional client-facing support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Johannesburg based
• Full-time availability
Advantageous
• Experience with piping workflows and plant modeling
• Knowledge of report templates and drawings templates creation. (rtp and tpl files)
• Experience supporting EPC or detailing environments
