• Review work activities to ensure they are comply to legislation, client’s HSE requirements and provide action plans to remedy any non-conformances found.
• Monitor, analyse and report on key HSE performance indicators to measure effectiveness of PC Metals plans and procedures.
• Provide advice on contractor and third party HSE compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirem
ents, internal polices and continuous improvement in maintenance of HSE systems.
• Review and develop HSE documentation (Plans, Procedures, Safe Work Method Statements) as required for company activities (including tenders).
• Identify training needs and where required, organize and deliver training, provide on-the -job coaching to ensure that staff understand current policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and drive group activities to identify root causes and implement corrective actions arising from HSE incidents and near misses.
• Undertake risk assessments on field placement for job placements, field plant and equipment, specific tasks or activities.
• Develop and facilitate Risk Assessment Workshops, bringing together stakeholders to uniformly discuss and decide on controls for a given scope of work.
• An assessment of the effectiveness of structures, systems and processes in implementing and cultivating a culture of safety within your company.
• Provide an injury management service to ensure effective treatment for the injured worker and a timely return to work.
• Providing a digital platform for sharing certain reports, and documentation to ease audits, inspections, work flow and daily updates.
