Another busy day for the RCG team! 🔨🏡

We’re on site at Fernwood Estate in Somerset West, carrying out roof ridge capping repairs and waterproofing.

With the Cape weather, keeping your roof properly maintained is important. We’re making sure the ridge capping is secure and everything is properly sealed to help prevent water getting in.

A bit of maintenance now can save you from some expensive repairs down the line!

Another project underway in Somerset West! 🏡

We’re busy replacing the old floor tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, giving these spaces a fresh new look.

The old tiles are coming up, and we’re getting everything prepared for the new flooring. It’s a dusty job at the moment, but getting the preparation right makes all the difference.

The Stellenbosch office revamp is really starting to take shape now.

A lot has changed since we first walked onto site, and with roughly 2 weeks to go, we’re getting into the final stretch. Still a few finishing touches and details to sort out, but it’s all coming together nicely.

What a finish! 👌

Another major stage completed at our Raithby farm project, with the new floor finished in State Grey with a beautiful gloss finish.

For this specialised flooring work, RCG Developments (PTY) Ltd partnered with Screed Worx⁠ — bringing their flooring expertise together with our team to deliver a finish that completely transforms the space.

The State Grey works incredibly well with the white walls, black-framed windows and natural light throughout the building. The gloss finish really brings it all together.

A great example of what can be achieved when you work with the right people. 🤝

Another side of what we do at RCG Developments 🔨

These jobs were a couple of waterproofing repairs to a chimney and skylights, sorting out areas where water was getting in.

We were able to go from quote to being on-site in less than 24 hours, getting the problem dealt with quickly before it could cause any further damage.

Waterproofing, repairs, maintenance, renovations or alterations, we do it all.

Just over a week ago, this office was nothing more than a stripped-out shell after demolition.

Today, the transformation is well underway.

Our team at RCG Developments (PTY) Ltd has made outstanding progress by:
