đź’Ľ Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Representative. You’ll be working directly from our Springs office and will be responsible for both managing existing accounts and generating new business, focusing on technical materials and precision-cut solutions.
Daily responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries professionally
Processing sales orders and quotations
Maintaining client relationships
Managing leads and key accounts
Coordinating with production and logistics
Driving customer satisfaction and retention
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer base
Source new business and close sales
Handle pricing and quoting accurately
Use Sage for order processing and stock coordination
Maintain sales reports and updates
Meet monthly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil customer orders efficiently

Acetal (POM-C)

PE1000 / PE500
HDPE, PET, PTFE
Engineering plastic sheets, rods, and machined parts
âś… Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ technical sales experience in engineering plastics or similar field
Must have experience using Sage software
Solid account management and quoting background
Inside sales and lead generation skills
Strong customer service and client retention experience
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Organised, responsive, and computer literate (MS Office)
Experience in the plastics or engineering sector is a strong advantage

Basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
Commission structure based on performance
