We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Client Success Manager to manage customer onboarding, ensure smooth system functionality, and provide exceptional support.
This role involves client account management, software integration, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Location: Stellenbosch (in office)
Reporting to: CEO
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 08:00 - 17:00
Set-up: Hybrid (in-office & remote work)
Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
Onboard and train new clients on company systems and software.
Manage customer feedback, log support tickets, and resolve client issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive customer retention.
Gather and analyze software feedback to provide actionable insights.
Oversee the implementation of solutions tailored to client needs.
Track and analyze client usage data using tools like Hotjar to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with product development and support teams to integrate client feedback into product updates.
Administration & Operations
Set up farm payroll systems and generate required reports.
Coordinate hardware orders (e.g., tags, phones, scanners) with the admin and accounts team.
Troubleshoot system issues, escalate where necessary, and ensure daily functionality.
Provide ongoing support and training to maximize client system usage.
Prioritize support tickets and manage client expectations on turnaround times.
Report regularly on client issues, solutions implemented, and actionable insights to management.
Marketing & Business Development
Maintain and update client accounts on Airtable CRM.
Conduct site visits with clients as needed (1-5 times per month, depending on operational requirements).
Develop training materials, self-help guides, and instructional videos for customers.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
Experience with business system software and customer relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Residing in or near Stellenbosch
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Exposure to working with farmers or in the agricultural sector is advantageous
A qualification in Business Accounts Management is a bonus
