Dithejane Architecture and Engineering Projects Prepare design drawings in accordance to the clients’ requirements/brief, then present the conceptual sketches or proposal to the client.

We offer professional services in the field of engineering, architecture, project management and energy management as well as delivering engineering and construction projects. Architecture

• Site Visitation & Appraisal: This is where the client and appointed agent visit site for the first time for inspection & to get all the necessary information and briefing of the project.
• Design Presentation

(3D Visualization & Rendering): Check Council regulations. Any design changes will thereafter be discussed (if any).
• Council Submission Drawings: Develop the design. Prepare & submit drawings to the Local Authority/Municipality for approval. Deal with any special consents required from the Council.
• Construction Drawings and Specifications: Preparation of drawings, details & specifications as required by the builder to quote from & then updated to be built off, i.e. window schedule, door schedule, finishes schedule, sanitary schedule, electrical layout, ceiling layout, water reticulation plan.
