8kw Solar System fault finding & maintenance

SYSTEM
16 × 600W Solar panels
3 × 48v 200Ah Lithium batteries
8kw Sunsynk hybrid inverter

FAULT
●the system was only charging with AC power and not with DC.

REASON
● higher voltage and less current from solar panels. Current was being lost along the way from the panels to the batteries because the distance was too much. ( The longer the distance, the more the losses) especially when transporting DC power
