Coti Chocolate Manufacturers To fulfil our goal of making “ chocolate for everyone “ we have developed a unique heat stable recipe.

COTi Chocolate Manufacturers ( Pty ) Ltd was formed in 2004 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa with the vision of bringing great tasting , affordable chocolate to everyone. Standard chocolate would melt at around 24’C whilst we have made COTi to a specification that gives a melting point of 34’C. This means our chocolate can be enjoyed by everyone throughout the year, and can be handled by stores that do not have the benefit of air conditioning.
