Working alongside Inospace on their commercial facility conversions and refurbishments has been a privilege.

Here is what Zane Sloane, Project Manager at Inospace, had to say about partnering with us:

"JTC has successfully managed and completed full turn-key solutions for our new and improving facility concepts, seamlessly handling everything from initial design and installation through to final council approvals... Across our various projects and their many moving parts, Rouwlon has been exceptionally proficient, punctual, and professional."

Thank you, Zane! And a big shoutout to Rouwlon van Schalkwyk and the team for their hard work and dedication. 🛠️

Wishing a very Happy Birthday to JTC Namibia’s HR & Finance Controller, Lanie van Rooyen! 🥳💼

Whether she’s crunching numbers, balancing budgets, or keeping team HR running smoothly, Lanie keeps our entire operation in tip-top shape. But when she steps away from the spreadsheets, she’s bringing new life to old treasures, unwinding by restoring furniture and getting her hands dirty on creative projects! 🛠️🎨

Lanie, thank you for bringing that same precision, focus, and creative spark to everything you do for JTC.

Have a wonderful birthday and a fantastic year ahead! 🎉✨

Growth is built on foundation, experience, and the people who show up every single day. 🏗️✨

Behind every one of our successful projects are leaders who turn complex structural challenges into the clients' envisioned reality. Today, we are proud to share a major milestone in our story: Hendri van Zyl and Lovohan van Schalkwyk have stepped into their new roles as Associate Directors.

Hendri has over a decade of construction experience and has been an integral part of the original team since our inception six years ago. A B.Eng Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Pretoria, a dedicated project manager, and a dad of two, he is known for one constant quality: he always makes a plan. From site management to anticipating project needs before they escalate, his reliability, client focus, and dedication to supporting his team have helped shape our company culture.

Bringing that same depth of expertise to our executive direction is Lovohan van Schalkwyk, with us from our day one. With a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from NMMU and a Bachelor’s in Structural Engineering from TUT, Lovohan’s footprint spans more than 7 years of high-impact engineering across the African continent, from roads and prestressed concrete to steel structures. Actively involved in every stage from planning and design to final site supervision, his hands-on approach ensures precision in everything we build.

As Associate Directors, Hendri and Lovohan will continue to drive the day-to-day excellence, client relationships, and structural innovation you expect from us, now guiding our vision into the future.

Join us in congratulating Hendri and Lovohan on this well-deserved step forward! 👏
