This was a very special project on a farm near Stella, our customer came to us looking for a complete solution! This farm never had Eskom power and was relying on a very big diesel genset. After looking at all options it was cheaper going Solar compared to building a Eskom power line!
This system consists of two parts.
Part 1 is two independent 4Kw pumps each with their own set of 16 X 450W solar panels powered by a INVT VSD delivering 12000l/h each to the dam.
Part 2 is a off grid system with a 12kw 3 phase Deye inverter - 36 X 450W Longi solar panels 14.4Kwp - 25.5Kwh Shoto Lithium Batteries.
From the 12kw Deye we power the house as well as a 3kw Vertical Multistage pump delivering 20000l/h to a small pivot also running from the 12kw Deye to keep the water dispersion of the pivot consistent.
