Once a beautiful family home, this property has sadly been left exposed to the elements of nature and vandalism. Now entrusted to the capable hands of Plan Elite, a new chapter begins.

This is a project close to our hearts, one that deserves care, attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to design and development.

Our team is excited to breathe new life into this remarkable property, restoring its character, unlocking its full potential and transforming it into a beautiful family home once again.

At Plan Elite, we don't just design buildings. We see the potential, embrace the vision and take every project personally.

HOUSE PLANS & NEW HOMES

A new home starts with everyday questions. Where does everyone gather, which rooms need privacy, and how should the home open to the garden?

Plan Elite can help turn those priorities into a house design brief and plans. Tell us what your next home needs to do.

A day on site in KwaZulu-Natal as we begin shaping the future of our upcoming lodge project.

The team was on ground pe***ng out the site — hammering steel rods into the earth to mark the exact layout of the structures and bring the plans into reality. Designed by Kiara, this was a special moment as she had the privilege of placing the final peg, marking the transition from drawings to something tangible.

After a successful site layout and a very happy client who is excited to get started, we ended the day the best way we know how — with a braai alongside the suppliers we’ll be working with and the project owner.

A great start to what we know will be an incredible journey. More updates to come as this lodge takes shape.
