Welcome back to our feed! 👋 It’s been quiet since October 2025, but the machinery hasn’t stopped and neither has the crew. 💪 ⚒️ Time to reintroduce the faces behind the earthworks, the roads and the structures. 🚧

👷🏼‍♂️Meet the team:

1. Henré Nortje - Director
The man who wins the tenders, makes the tough calls, and somehow knows what’s happening on every single site before the first sun is up. If it’s a big decision, it starts with Henré.

2. Stephan Brink - Director / Head of Finance / Contracts Manager
Triple title, triple threat. Stephan makes the numbers balance and the sites run. He probably reconciles invoices in his sleep.

3. Nico Nel - Senior Site Agent
Nico keeps the earth moving and the trucks rolling. If there’s dirt to shift, Nico’s already on it.

4. Hugo Swart - Senior Site Agent
Hugo runs a tight site and an even tighter level. He doesn’t cut corners, he cuts boxes. If it’s not straight and level, Hugo’s not happy.

5. Drian De Lange - New Senior Site Agent
The newest senior, but don’t let that fool you. Drian’s already fitting in like he’s been here since the first peg was knocked in. Welcome to the madness, Drian!

6. Salmon Julius - Junior Site Agent
Salmon’s swimming upstream with the best of them. Junior in title only - this one’s learning fast and pouring concrete faster.

7. Austin Taylor - Junior Site Agent
New to the team but already digging in — literally. Austin’s enthusiasm is matched only by how quickly he’s picking up the ropes on site. Welcome aboard, Austin!

8. Oswin Gurira - Foreman
Oswin keeps the site ticking like a well-oiled excavator. No loose bricks, no loose ends. The crew listens when Oswin talks.

9. Kyla Clarck - Financial Assistant
Kyla makes sure the books are as solid as our foundations. She’s the reason the cash flow doesn’t have potholes.

10. Michelle Nortje - Admin
Michelle is the glue holding the office together. Permits, paperwork, phone calls - if it needs organizing, Michelle’s already done it.

As we step into a new year, our team is growing and our projects are expanding. With exciting developments on the horizon, we’re proud to say we’re officially expanding our operations.
