SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JD FUEL is seeking to employ Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate for this position must identify and close new sales opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.
Minimum Requirements:
• 1-3 years sales experience in the Petroleum and Mining Industry
• Own reliable vehicle/transport is essential
• Valid driver's license
• Qualification: Matric or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Report writing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identifying new sales leads and marketing opportunities
• Increase revenue growth within existing partner base
• Achievement of monthly targets and quarterly budget
• Identifying and onboarding new customers
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Researching organisations online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing/sales initiatives
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Work Collaboratively with the Sales Manager to meet agent sales targets
• Reporting on a weekly basis on all sales activities, successes as well as failures and actions to improve performance
• Promote and maintain the name of the company
