Neer Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Lusaka.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
• Handle staff records, contracts, and documentation
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Manage employee relations and workplace discipline
• Support management with HR planning and staff development
🎓 Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
• Minimum 2+ years experience in HR management
• Good knowledge of Zambian labour laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
