At Kekebbos Designs, we believe your home deserves a consistent signature of excellence. After the success of the main entrance, we were called back to bring the "Kekebbos Standard" to four more areas of the home.
The Secret to Longevity: Dry Materials
We don’t just care about how a door looks on day one; we care about how it performs in year ten. That’s why we prioritize using only high-quality, dry materials. We never compromise on the seasoning of our timber, ensuring that every Rosewood unit remains stable, secure, and beautiful despite the changing seasons.
Part 1: The Grand T&G Entrance
It began with a 2D design to replace a dated aluminum frame. We cleared the old structure and installed a massive, Solid Rosewood T&G (Tongue & Groove) style double doorset with symmetrical sidelights to flood the interior with light.
Part 2: The Callback – Consistency in Every Room
Because the client valued our "no compromise" approach, we returned to manufacture four additional custom units:
* The Addition Door: A solid Rosewood unit featuring both a sidelight and a fanlight for maximum natural illumination.
* The T&G Duo: The Kitchen and Back doors were crafted in matching Solid Rosewood T&G style to maintain a unified look.
* The Interior Masterpiece: We pivoted to a classic aesthetic for the interior with a beautiful six-paneled door, finished with professional precision.

At Kekebbos Designs, we believe that a masterpiece doesn’t just "happen"; it is engineered. For this project, our mission was to bridge the gap between "concept" and "completion"—taking a dated aluminum entry frame and replacing it with the timeless warmth of solid African Rosewood.
Phase 1: The 2D Vision
Our story begins at the drawing board. Before a single piece of timber was cut, we sat down to create a custom 2D design. This blueprint allowed us to visualize the final result, ensuring the proportions of the glass sidelights and the vertical handles were approved by the client and architecturally perfect for the home. This crucial step is the standard of quality our clients expect.
Phase 2: Clearing the Canvas
Transformation requires a clear path. Our team executed the full demolition of the existing aluminum frame, stripping the entrance back to its masonry core to create a precision fit for the grander Rosewood unit. We clear the past to make way for the bold.
Phase 3: The Kekebbos Craft
Using the 2D specs as our guide, our craftsmen brought the solid African Rosewood to life. From the intricate grain-matching to the final, on-site finishing with professional air compressors, every detail ensures a flawless, secure fit. Precision is everything when working with solid timber.
Phase 4: The Final Reveal
The result is a total redefinition of the home's first impression. The rich, organic tones of the Rosewood combined with symmetrical glass sidelights flood the entryway with natural light, creating a secure and undeniably premium feel. Standing back to see a vision brought to life "Above and Beyond"—that is the Kekebbos standard.
