The Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (MLNR) continues to strengthen transparent and efficient land administration systems in Zambia.

To continue to be efficient and avoid delays the Ministry will be offloading requirements for various services being offered.

Below 👇🏽 👇🏽 is a list of documents to be submitted either physically or on-line for Transfer of Title Deeds.

CHECKLIST FOR TITLE TRANSFER

* Original Certificate of Title (2 Titles for Deed of Exchange).

* Registration Receipt.

* ZRA Certificate and ZRA Receipt (Except for Moiety, Assent, Severance, Death Certificate, Partition).

* ZRA Tax Exemption Certificate (Where applicable for Assignments, Transfers and Deeds of Gift).

* Consent to assign (Except for Assent, Severance, Death Certificate, and Partition).

* Relevant Deeds

* NRC for individuals

* Certificate of Incorporation (for a company or organization).

* Form for vesting of council’s interest in sublesee

* Survey Diagrams (for any land transfer of subdivision).
