Growing up has taught me one hard truth, things will never just happen.

Forget promises served to you on a silver platter.
Effort is the currency. Your work matters.

Don’t lose focus because someone who promised you a deal left you hanging. They can choose to disappoint you, they owe you nothing.

If you are privileged enough to spend time with decision-makers, anything can happen, they might help you get where you want to be, or they might not. Either way, your effort remains your only currency.

You call someone ten times, and feel you have tried enough? While someone else in your position decides to physically go there, wait at the gate, camp outside, or even sleep at the doorstep to just see that someone, Effort matters.

The bitter truth is, the world is not kind to average effort.
You must prove why it should be you.

You must be hungry for what you want. You must choose effort over excuses.
