Skyview Professional Drones is proud to introduce Acecore’s next generation flagship drone. Noa has a payload capacity that leaves nothing to be desired and the endurance of an hour. It’s 6 oversized Acecore rotors give the Noa the edge over the competition.

Description

Noa is the ultimate multipurpose Remotely Operated Aerial Vehicle for commercial use. Its six enlarged custom Acecore rotos were designed to enable the Pilot in Command to fly for an extended amount of time with various payloads. Thanks to Noa’s modular quick release, there is no limit to the amount of payload that can be used. Gremsy, Freefly, DJI and LiDAR all fall within the possibilities. Due to the flexibility in battery options, users can balance payload and battery weight to allow for optimal flight efficiency. The six aerodynamic carbon fiber booms can be removed and redeployed through Acecore’s quick release system, allowing for improved porta- bility and a toolless setup.

Mounted under the carbon fiber Acecore Zoe, the 100 Watts loudspeaker has an audible range of 1 kilometer. At 100 meters altitude, the transmission has a volume of 80 decibels, which is as loud as heavy traffic. This makes the setup highly suited for crowd management, covering larger areas and reaching more people in less amount of time. Operators can either talk to their audience directly, or broadcast audio from a secondary device such as a laptop or a phone through the included handheld intercom.

The configuration includes a waterproof, gimbal stabilized camera with 10x optical zoom for detecting and recognizing perpetrators and groups of people. The camera feed as well as the drone's control link have a range of up to 16 kilometers in ideal circumstances, using the newly released George Herelink and Surface Go setup. Using this controller, users can fly the drone autonomously through the 'tap-to-fly' function of the pre installed mission planner software.

The drone features a remote controlled electro magnetic lock (mag lock) on the landing gear. Combined with its RTK precision GPS antennas, Zoe is able to automatically take-off and land on the back or top of any prepared vehicle. Upon contact, the mag lock secures the drone and the vehicle can drive off to its next mission.
Using 17.000mAh 12s batteries, Zoe has a real-world flight time of a half hour.

In this video, the CEO/ Founder of Acecore Technologies explains part of the science and though process behind the development of their Zoe drone.

Zoe is a weatherproof, wind resistant professional quadcopter drone. It's the smaller sibling to Neo, Acecore's heavy-lift professional cinema drone. Like Neo, Zoe is capable of lifting advanced payloads like a wide range of measurement sensors (LiDAR, IR, Thermal etc.) as well as high-end consumer camera's like the Sony a7s. The payload is completely swap-able so the choices are endless.

It can even lift a cinema camera like the RED-weapon inside a Gremsy H7 gimbal, if necessary.

The main target demographic for this system is the industrial market of inspections, aerial surveys and broadcasting. Though Zoe was specifically designed to be multi-purpose and be widely deployable. It is foldable as well which makes it highly portable.

Malaria ranks amongst the world's deadliest diseases and has claimed over 52 billion lives. Although significant progress has been made to combat malaria with conventional techniques, more is needed to eliminate it completely. Deploying the cutting-edge Agras MG-1S drone, the DJI team partnered with the Zanzibar Malaria Elimination Programme (ZAMEP) and the local community in a novel project to reduce malaria transmission. Watch as they embark on a journey of innovation, using drones in a bid to curb this deadly disease.

Special thanks to Guido Welter, Dr. Bart Knols and Prof. Richard Mukabana from the Anti-Malaria drone team for pioneering this idea and their help with creating this video. To learn more about their mission and approach visit: https://www.antimalariadrones.com
