We would like to announce to the whole world that the Kingdom of Barotseland has, under the auspices of the Royal Barotseland Translational Government and the consent of the Constotuent Assembly, hereby established the Royal Barotseland Defence Force, pursuant to Part X, Article 10.3 of the Constitution of Barotseland (Emancipation Act and Restoration Order 2012) which stipulates that:
"(i) There shall be a Royal Barotseland Defence Force, which shall be established by the Constituent Assembly, with powers and duties to DEFEND THE NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY OF THE KINGDOM OF BAROTSELAND...".
Our duty is very simple: to protect, safeguard and defend the Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of the Kingdom of Barotseland. Therefore, Northern Rhodesia must "refrain from making our territory an object of acquisition by means of military occupation or by direct measure of force and no such acquisition shall be deemed as legal."
We are ready to defend MOTHERLAND BAROTSELAND FROM ZAMBIAN NONSENSES AND STUPIDITY.
An appeal to all Barotzish citizens is that you should remain calm but be extra vigilant because we are about to launch a very serious offensive against foolish Northern Rhodesia any time from now. Wherever, you go, be security conscious because the time to push the enemy from our Country has finally come.
Our comrades in uniform who pretend to be loyal to Northern Rhodesia, act now or you will be killed with the enemy. Enough is enough!
