Formal Statement on behalf of the Management and Stakeholders of Intergrated Gas Distribution Infrastructure (PVT) LTD related to the Headline Article in the Zimbabwe Independent dated November 18 to 24, 2022

1. On 28/10/22 our Company was raided by the High Court Sheriff presenting us with an Unlawful Warrant for Seizure of most of our Company Assets and even Assets not belonging to the Company under High Court Case HCHC: 209/2022 of Forives Traders (Pvt) LTD against our Company Intergrated Gas Distribution Infrastructure (Pvt) LTD stealing several Assets taking them to an Unknown Location

2. IGDI is not aware of any Cases against its Company and has never been served, neither have its Directors been served and even Forives Traders (Pvt) LTD as a Company or its Principals are Completely Unknown to us.

3. In contrary, IGDI had filed Criminal Charges against Former Director Francis-Xavier Chitanda in Dec. '21 under Case Ref. CC2294/R/21 for Theft of Trust Property at the Zimbabwe Republic Police - ZRP

4. Francis Xavier Chitanda nor his Company Intergas Zim does not hold any Position in IGDI neither as Director or as a Shareholder

5. Upon obtaining High Court Documents that were used to obtain the Unlawful Seizure Order, it was evident that Francis-Xavier Chitanda played a Key Role in forging Company Documentation, Agreement & Receipts in addition to allowing himself to be served on behalf of our Company, GM & Director as part of a Criminal Conspiracy to defraud & steal our Company Assets.

6. Due to this Course of Events and the Involvement of Corrupt/Misled Individuals within the same Institutions that are ought to uphold the Rule of Law and Protect the Rights and Property of Citizens and Companies alike we had asked our Principals EURO LPG to intervene whom had decided to Petition the Presidency H.E. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa in addition to other the of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Hon R. Kazembe Kazembe, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission & Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency in order to bring this level of Criminality/Fraud & Daylight Robbery to their Attention.

7. Needless to say, our Company' Lawyers have immediately filed for an Application for Rescission and Interim Relief of the Unlawfully Obtained Court Order which had been granted for the High Court Sheriff to return our Assets, this has not happened till date.

IGDI regrets our Case having been leaked to the Media however do hope that this will assist in our Rights to be Restored, our Rightful Property to be returned to our Company and those Responsible to be held to Account.
