_*Dystater v0.3.0.1*_ binaries are now ready. It _features_ an _RPC console_, _4 binaries (dystater-qt, dystaterd, dystater-cli, dystater-tx) for Windows and Ubuntu, HD Wallets,_ libraries include, _Qt 5.15, Boost 1.77, Openssl 1.1.1s, Univalue and Libevent_ _(libraries used on Bitcoin 0.23.0)_, _testnet v3_ and _reg-testnet._ ** *Dystater* users should backup their _wallet data, etc, update_ to _*v0.2.0.4 before using*_ this _version_.

** *Note* We need this update, so the client is compatible with *ApeXHash* and *bfgminer*.

A messaging system for users, who can follow each other.
An admin dashboard that allows for viewing and editing (adding) of info, including all the users, listings, communities, transactions, testimonials, comments , categories, messages, etc.
Comments and testimonial capabilities for listing.
It can host many communities (marketplaces).
Ability to accept Stripe, PayPal and Paynow.
Selling with or without payment.
A feedbacks section for Admins.
Delivery methods include, shipping, pickup, etc.
Listing shapes (ability to book, buy, rent, donate listings)
Homepage with grid and list views for listings and search. User can be searched for too.
Profile pictures for users and multiple photos for a listing.
Google maps for listing geo tagging, social sign-in, sharing and feedback can be added as per request.

*Why brick and mortar rentals are becoming less lucrative*

It costs upwards of $300 for one 3 * 3 office space.
Billboards cost about $200 and more.
Transport and rental costs grow along with the population.
Climate change, with heat, harsh rains and winds. Traveling to buy and sell is challenging.
World-wide shortages / rising prices of tarmac and concrete mean roads can't be built cheaply as before.
Profits are marginal and most real estate is not expanding.
The Marketplace has a low server footprint. 600MB RAM for an idle system, double at about +20 requests a second.
Can handle 4000 daily users per month on a free 2GB server.
