Not every pour needs a boom pump.

If the mixer can get close enough to the pour area, a direct pour is often the simplest option. But when access is restricted, the pour is elevated, or concrete needs to travel over obstacles, that’s where the boom pump earns its place.

Knowing the difference helps you plan the pour properly before the trucks arrive.
