Founded in 2012, Harare based Porcie Mak Contractors (Pvt) Ltd, was registered in Zimbabwe under the Companies Act [Chapter 24:03] on 25 July 2014. The company is owned by Mr. Wellington Ponciano Nyaruwata and Mr. Simbarashe Chivazva who are equivalent major shareholders. aterproofing systems, i.e. torch-on–membrane (fedia), asphalt, roof leaks, painting, gutters, roofing and renovations. We guarantee end to end solutions in these focus areas as our motto suggests that we don’t try, we provide the degree of excellence. The strategy of the company is to try to build long-term relationships with clients in order to get recurrence business. For this reason, it prefers the project system with clients. Provision is standing from domestic, formal, commercial up to industrial level. At Porcie Mak Contractors we take pride in edifice work, to us size doesn’t matter, it takes the same commitment and determination to execute a small scale compared to a large scale construction project.
