This is what the Zimbabwean government wants to change in the Constitution:

🔹 No elections in 2028
🔹 Remove direct presidential elections
🔹 Zim presidents will now be elected by parliament
🔹That means you vote for MPs and then MPs vote for the president in Parliament
🔹MPs won't vote alone though. The President will be elected by a joint session of MPs and Senators.
🔹 Chief Justice will preside over election of presidents in Parliament
🔹 Add an extra two years to Mnangagwa’s current term
🔹 Also add two years to Parliament and local government
🔹 Change presidential and parliamentary terms from 5 years to 7 years
🔹 Remove the restriction on traditional leaders and allow them to be openly political (even though many already are)
🔹 The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission will no longer draw electoral boundaries (a new commission will handle this)
🔹 ZEC will no longer manage the voters’ roll (the Registrar-General will now handle it)
🔹 No more public interviews for judges, the president can appoint them after consulting the JSC
🔹 No need for the President to consult when appointing the Prosecutor-General
🔹 President to appoint 10 extra senators
🔹 Change how the Constitution describes the military. It currently says the military should “uphold the Constitution.” This would change to “act in accordance with the Constitution.”
🔹No referendum will be held when changing term limits. The government argues that it is not extending any term, but simply resetting the electoral timetable.

The law says that when the Constitution is being changed, Parliament must consult the public for 90 days to collect people’s views and concerns. During this time, any citizen can also send written submissions by letter or email.

These views will be put into a report, which will later be presented in Parliament when the bill is debated. There are now about 49 days left for this consultation phase to finish.

Today, the Zimbabwean government said it is sending 11 teams across the country to gather people’s opinions on President Mnangagwa’s constitutional amendment bill. In practice, vocal opposition leaders who are opposed to this bill have either been arrested or assaulted by the regime. Meanwhile, the ruling party, ZANU PF goes about it's business freely across the country as it drums up public support for the proposed constitutional amendment.

BIM03/2026 - BUSINESS, INVESTMENT AND MONEY SERIES

Living in a Rent is Better than Building a House

Building a House

NB. Building a House is not Wrong but Don't Hurry to do that. You should be Financially Stable to Start Building a House.

- living in a rented house is better than building a house
- a house you live is not an asset, it's actually a liability
- a house to live don't have returns, you spend money for general maintenance, e.g. painting, roofleaks, sewer pipes, electricals etc.
- any money you put in building your house will never come back to you again
- don't build a house in your teenage years
- most people who have only built houses in their tender ages have never build a second dwelling
- IT'S A FINaNCIAL ERROR TO BUILD A HOUSE TO STAY IN WITH YOUR FIRST MONIES.

Renting a House
- living in a rent is much better than building a house
- your house rent should not exceed 2/3 of your monthly income
- your monthly house rent should not exceed your 2 months earning / salary
- don't rent a house in lavish or upmarket neighborhoods
- rent a house in locations you can afford
- rent according to your earning...

NB. What you need when building financial life is a Business (first) that can Generate Money/Income to Build Houses or buy Cars. Houses or Cars are Fruits of Your Businesses. PASI NEKUVAKA DZIMBA DZISINGAPERI.....

NB. Fight for Finacial Freedom before Stressing over Building a House to Live.

NB. If you want to build a house, don't build it to live in but rather build a house that can generate income. House rent don't payback, house rent don't generate anything. Building a house is not wrong but Building a house when you're not financially stable is a financial mistake

The only way you can generate income through houses is as follows:
1. Guest houses
2. Plazas
3. Lodges
4. Duplex flats
5. Apartments

GOD IS NOT YOUR SHORTCUT. STOP RUNNING TO CHURCH TO AVOID DOING THE ACTUAL WORK.

I said it. Come for me if you want.

You did not work on your business. You did not heal from your trauma. You did not fix your attitude. You did not take control of your health.

So you ran to church. And started shouting Jehovah.

My brother. You cannot go from lazy to blessed because you cried louder than everyone else during worship.

Some of you are in church for the aesthetic. Not the transformation. You want the testimony without the test. The miracle without the discipline. The breakthrough without the effort.

You want to be married but you are disrespectful. Entitled. Unhealed. You want wealth but you are glued to your phone spending more time on gossip than growth.

Monday to Saturday your behavior is chaos. Sunday morning you perform holiness like it is a talent show. Then Monday comes and the costume comes off.

We have people chanting Psalms instead of reading books. Praying for jobs they are not qualified for. Speaking in tongues but ignoring therapy. Accountability. Skill building. Health. Hustle.

You are broke. Not because you did not tithe. But because you refuse to learn. Grow. Take action.

Some of the most dishonest people I have ever met wear church clothes. Some of the most bitter petty jealous and toxic people quote scripture daily.

The Bible is not broken. Our commitment to living it is.

Go to church. Yes. Worship. Yes. But also work on yourself. Heal your wounds. Fix your laziness. Improve your character. Learn new skills. Set boundaries.

Lift the weight. Not just your hands.

And if you are praying for a husband or wife stop waiting for a prophet. You need a plan. A mirror. And a gym membership.

No malice. No judgment. Just honesty.

God bless you. But please stop running from the work.

W.

CTV footage has exposed a 19-year-old Rusape daughter who stole her mother’s bank card and used it to withdraw money for her boyfriend.
Beauty Mhiripiri reportedly took her mother’s CBZ bank card without permission and handed it over to her 23-year-old boyfriend, Anesu Muchemwa, who lives in Vhengere suburb. Using the card, Beauty went on to withdraw US$610 on 16 occasions within a week.
When her mother noticed the missing money, she confronted Beauty, but the teenager denied knowing anything about it. Suspicious, her mother reported the matter to the police. Investigations followed, and bank statements together with CCTV footage from CABS Rusape showed Beauty withdrawing the cash.
The couple later appeared before Rusape Magistrate Tendai Mahwe. In court, Beauty admitted to the offence, saying she did it because her boyfriend had asked her for financial help. However, her boyfriend denied any wrongdoing, claiming Beauty never told him that the card belonged to her mother.
Beauty was convicted and sentenced to 140 hours of community service. She was also ordered to pay back the full amount to her mother.
