It was a tough weekend for our men in the Nation's capital, running into two of the hottest teams in the two days straight.
Almost like the old NBL Doomsday Double!!
While we toiled and tried we were no match for the Canberra outfits and our men are still hunting that elusive first win.
Christian Cook's effort couldn't be questioned over the weekend. Not only was he a threat at the offensive end but his defensive pressure certainly caught the eye of his new coach Harry Morgan.
Over the two games, CC chipped in 13.5 points, 3.5 assists, 3 boards and 3 steals, good enough, we think, for the Player of the Week for Round 5.
On the season - Christian's first pro deal - he's giving us 16.29 points, 2.4 assists and 2.4 rebounds per night.
You can bet Christian will be doing his all to help us get that win π»π―π°πΊ πΎπ¬π¬π²π¬π΅π« at home against Maitland.
But we need you guys, Bandits fam, loud and proud in the stands, willing us to the win.
