Always valuable having my mentor, Andy Fell, visit Superseal Group.

Yesterday gave us the opportunity to sit down for a debrief, reflect on where we are and discuss what comes next. Andy always brings honest insight, valuable perspective and the kind of conversations that challenge me to keep growing.

It was only fitting that he became the first person to receive our 25 year anniversary wine. Thanks for the visit, Andy and for continuing to be part of the journey.

Day 1: Confined Spaces Training
Day 2: Working at Heights Training

Our work regularly takes our team into challenging environments, so it’s essential they have the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to perform safely and effectively.

Below ground waterproofing leaves no room for shortcuts.

At our New Farm project, the Superseal team is installing Mapeproof FBT, a synthetic, fully bonded waterproof sheet membrane laminated with non-woven fabric and specifically designed to protect underground structures.

By bonding directly to the concrete, the system provides reliable, long-term protection against water ingress where it matters most.

Another project supported by the experience of Queensland’s basement specialists.

Every year, our AGM is an opportunity to connect, pause, reflect and reset.

More importantly the AGM is not about the numbers. It’s about our people, our culture, our direction and the standards we choose to uphold and reflect

This year, we were fortunate to have Andy Fell join us and challenge our thinking around leadership, accountability and what it takes to build a business that will set the benchmark and continue to evolve via innovation.

Following this, we participated in a creative painting session.

After 25 years, what has become clearer is that success doesn’t come from what you’ve achieved. It comes from your willingness to keep listening, learning, adapting and raising the bar.

To our entire Superseal Group team thank you for your commitment, your resilience and the pride you bring to our business every day.

Today, we’re celebrating the birthdays of two people who have been an integral part of the Superseal Group journey, brothers Matt and Simon Carter.

Matt has been with Superseal for 10 years and continues to play a key role as our Site Manager, leading from the front and ensuring our projects are delivered to the standard our clients expect.

Simon has been part of the team for 9 years and was recently promoted to Operations Manager, a well-earned recognition of his leadership, commitment and contribution to the business.

Their loyalty, work ethic and dedication have helped shape The Superseal Group AUST into the company it is today. Over the years, they have become more than colleagues; they are an important part of the Superseal family.

Happy birthday, Matt and Simon. I’m proud to have you both on the journey and look forward to achieving many more milestones together.
