Very exciting day here at Ezy Homes! 🧩🏠

We caught up with a previous client and were thrilled to hear they’ve just sold their custom kit home in Airlie Beach, QLD. They are now signing on for their second and are ready to do it all again!

This client took on the project as an owner-builder and the final result speaks for itself. From the design stage, we focused on capturing the breathtaking views, high ceilings and incorporating multiple front-facing balconies to truly maximise the location. As you can see, the outcome is nothing short of magnificent.

It’s been a big first half of the year here at Ezy Homes, and we’re loving every minute of it!

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our recent projects in stunning Airlie Beach, from the build in progress right through to the final result.

This site presented a serious challenge, with a 5-metre drop straight off the street and a further 5.5-metre fall beyond that. And the pool? Its water level sits an incredible 3.8 metres above ground.

📣We’re very happy to report that this project in Lugarno, NSW recently sold for $3.7 million🎊🎊. Combining the clients fantastic interior decorating and our ability to supply a structure to suit the conditions has resulted in a successful project on a very difficult site. Not shown in the photos but we also incorporated a lift to service all floors. This project was custom designed to suit site specific slope, access, views, council regulations, bushfire rating of “flame zone” and rock outcropping.

📣Completion of the project 🏠at Birkdale, QLD. This custom design- 3 storey elevated house utilizes a combination of different cladding, balustrades and decking to create a spacious 3 bedroom, open plan, studio, activity room and outdoor living home. The clients also incorporated a shipping container pool which complimented the look they were after and simplified their construction schedule.
