Our latest build in Marsden Park is a double-storey, five-bedroom home designed around exactly how this family lives.

One request took a bit more problem-solving than most - specific Vastu requirements that meant working closely with both our clients and council to get door openings, orientation and that open-plan flow just right.

This is the kind of detail we love getting into. Because when it's built around you, every decision matters.

We thought it was time to give you a little walkthrough of where we’re at with the Brodie Project in Marsden Park.

There’s a lot going on in this one… and honestly, we’re pretty excited about it.

Today we're looking back on one of our very first two-storey builds; Completed early last year, right at the beginning of the Dot Homes journey.

This home holds a special place in our story. We're endlessly proud of what we built together, and even more grateful for the trust our clients placed in us from the start.
Recently, this home sold for an outstanding $2,250,000, a beautiful reflection of the care and craftsmanship that went into it.

We maximised this space with a custom study nook, built into a bespoke joinery piece for that extra storage every family needs.

The detail we love most? The timber matches the joinery downstairs; creating connectivity from upstairs to downstairs, so the whole home feels considered, not stacked together.
