Wharton Scaffolding is looking for reliable people to join our crew in Bendigo and Central Victoria.

We work with local volume builders plus industrial and commercial sites across the region. If you've got scaffolding experience, great—but if you're coming from another trade or labouring background and want to get into scaffolding, we'll train you up and get you ticketed.

You'll be outdoors, staying active, and no two days look the same. If you're the type who takes pride in doing the job properly and shows up when you say you will, we want to hear from you.

Another challenging job safely completed by the crew last week.

This one was on top of a mountain, with the scaffold bolted directly into rock. Slippery conditions and a high-wind zone meant extra care: base jacks bolted down, every board clipped, and scaffSAFE anti-tampering clips installed so this scaffold won’t move an inch. Proud of the team for getting it done safely and securely.

Our team just wrapped up this narrow access job using a 0.5m (500mm) wide kwikstage scaffold.

Today the crew completed guardrail and a stretcher stair access tower at St Joseph’s College Echuca.

We are looking for a reliable and preferably experienced Scaffolder who takes pride in their work and knows their way around a site.

Do you enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and staying fit? We want to hear from you.

What’s on offer:

✅ One Rostered Day Off (RDO) provided per month.
✅ Optional overtime - Weekend work.
