The scariest thing in Aussie summers: an air conditioner that gives up when you need it most. 👻

With the weather already heating up across South East Queensland, now is the time to make sure your air conditioning is ready for summer — not after the first really hot day arrives.

Whether your system is due for a service, isn’t performing like it used to, or you’re considering a replacement, getting it sorted early means one less fright when the temperatures climb.

Don’t wait until your air con becomes the horror story.

Talk to the Seeto Air & Electrical team about servicing or replacing your system before summer.

Commercial HVAC Replacement | Springwood

A quality system replacement is about more than simply swapping out the equipment.

For this commercial project in Springwood, the Seeto Air team replaced the existing system with a new 40kW packaged air conditioning unit, along with replacing the ageing rooftop ductwork with newly fabricated sheet metal ductwork.

From removing the old ductwork to installing the new system and supporting infrastructure, every stage was completed with the same focus on quality and long-term performance.

Swipe through to see where we started, the new ductwork, and the installation taking shape.

Because when you invest in a new commercial air conditioning system, the quality of everything around it matters too.

Commercial Air Conditioning Upgrade | Manly

The best commercial HVAC projects are planned around the people who use the space.

For this large childcare centre in Manly, our team replaced multiple evaporative cooling systems with two new VRF air conditioning systems, providing a significant upgrade to the centre’s climate control.

With the centre needing to remain fully operational, all works were carefully scheduled outside operating hours, including the crane lift and rooftop installation of the new outdoor units.

By the time the children and staff returned, the major works were complete — with no disruption to the centre’s day-to-day operations.

Careful planning. Quality installation. Minimal disruption.

From fault finding to a lasting solution | Auchenflower

When a common kitchen exhaust system stopped operating at this 42-apartment building in Auchenflower, our team was called in to investigate.

We identified an electrical failure in the fan motor, which required the existing unit to be replaced. The new fan was installed and integrated with the existing ductwork to restore the building’s shared kitchen ventilation.

Good maintenance starts with finding the right problem. Quality workmanship makes sure it’s solved properly.

Commercial HVAC Refurbishment | QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise

When the air conditioning is part of the architecture, the finish matters just as much as the performance.

As part of a two-stage refurbishment at the QT Hotel in Surfers Paradise, the Seeto Air team completed air conditioning works across Level 2 and the Ballroom, including exposed spiral ductwork and carefully fabricated transitions between spiral and square duct.

With services remaining visible throughout these spaces, every element needed to integrate cleanly with the surrounding interior while delivering the performance expected from a commercial HVAC system.

It’s a great example of where HVAC craftsmanship goes beyond what happens behind the ceiling — and becomes part of the finished space.

Apartment ventilation upgrade

Good ventilation is something you only notice when it isn't working.

We were recently called to an apartment complex in Indooroopilly after residents experienced ongoing issues with the common bathroom exhaust system.

Following our investigation, we identified the failed rooftop exhaust fan and replaced the faulty unit, restoring proper ventilation throughout the building.

Finding the real cause of the problem is just as important as fixing it.

Through careful planning and an experienced installation team, we were able to complete the works efficiently and have the venue ready for business again as quickly as possible.

That's the value of a process designed around certainty.

25kW Daikin ducted system replacement – Office Building

Every successful commercial HVAC project starts with careful planning.

For this office building in Woolloongabba, our team completed the replacement of a 25kW Daikin ducted system, with the new unit craned safely into position before installation and commissioning.

Precision projects rely on trusted partners. Thanks to Superior Crane Hire for the safe and efficient crane lift that helped bring this installation together.

When it comes to commercial air conditioning, certainty starts long before the system is switched on.
