We’re still not over how beautifully this staging came together.

The warm rust tones, the soft neutrals, the timber layers, the greenery - everything feels so cosy and lived in. It’s relaxed but still refined. Comfortable but still sharp enough to show the detail in the build.

These terraces were designed with longevity in mind - not just how they look on completion, but how they hold up over time.
Each facade carries its own identity, with a mix of forms, materials and depth that avoids repetition while still reading as a cohesive streetscape.

Behind that, the specification has been considered just as carefully. tapware, appliances, steel framing, roof and premium insulation throughout - materials selected for performance as much as finish.

It’s a balance we keep coming back to - architecture that reads well from the street, and construction that stands up to everyday use.

This living space reveals the personality of a home, and in this one it happens the moment the sliding doors pull back. The Alfresco and living blur together so easily that the whole space feels bigger, lighter…

The timber-look tiles give it that grounded, textural feel, and the square-set cornices keep everything looking sharp and intentionally modern.

Some homes have a quiet way of settling into their street, and this one does it so naturally. The timber battens draw the eye first - a simple detail, but they give the facade a rhythm that feels both modern and a little nostalgic. The soft tones, the clean gable line, the white fencing… it all works together without trying to dominate the view.

What we love most is how the whole frontage feels approachable. It’s crisp, but warm. Architectural, but not intimidating. The kind of place you can imagine walking up to at the end of the day, keys already in hand, feeling like you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

There’s a certain calm that settles in the moment you step through this entry courtyard. The white arbour, the matching fence, the soft neutral tones - everything works together so quietly that it almost feels effortless. The native landscaping adds just the right amount of texture, low-maintenance but full of personality.

There’s something about a master bedroom that just feels different when the details are this considered. The timber-look flooring brings in that gentle warmth, grounding the space without trying too hard. Everything else is kept light and calm - layered textures, soft edges, and that easy connection through to the ensuite that makes the whole room feel a little more effortless. It’s the kind of space you walk into and instantly breathe a bit deeper… and that’s exactly what we aim for.
