Investing in the next generation of our industry 👏

Last week, some of our emerging team members from QTank and Barrier Systems had the opportunity to attend the industry Rotomoulding Masterclass in Brisbane.

Being early in their careers, it was a great opportunity to step outside the day-to-day and build foundational knowledge and practical skills, learning directly from highly experienced industry experts and suppliers.

For us, growing our businesses isn’t just about investing in new products, equipment and facilities — it’s also about investing in our people and giving them opportunities to learn, develop and build careers within our industry.

Another month. More momentum. 🚀

Our monthly Barrier Systems team catch-up is about more than just numbers (and donuts 🍩!!)

It’s a chance to get everyone together, share what’s happening across the business, celebrate the wins, welcome new faces and talk about some of the exciting opportunities ahead.

It’s also about remembering that success should have an impact beyond our own four walls.

Each month, one of our team chooses a cause that matters to them and we make a donation on their behalf. This month we were proud to support the Starlight Children’s Foundation. 💜

We want to build a great business — but just as importantly, we want to build a culture that looks after others in our community that may need a leg up.

A great few days in Melbourne at Rotomould 2026, which wrapped up today.

The conference brought together rotomoulding manufacturers, suppliers and industry leaders from across Australia and beyond for three days of technical workshops, trade exhibitions and presentations from industry experts.

It was fantastic to see several members of the Barrier Systems team attend, investing time in learning, sharing ideas and exploring innovations that will help drive our business and industry forward.

A big thank you to the ARMA team for delivering such a well-organised and valuable event. The quality of the speakers, training sessions and networking opportunities made this one of the best industry conferences we’ve attended.

Looking forward to putting some of the insights and ideas into practice back at Barrier Systems.
