Kennett was engaged to deliver the conversion of an existing warehouse into a brand new Geely vehicle showroom in Chadstone, following the successful delivery of a storage facility in Springvale for GWS Automotive Group.

The project involved transforming the industrial space into a high quality showroom environment, incorporating modern offices, staff amenities, a dedicated vehicle handover bay and premium lighting and finishes throughout.

Delivered efficiently and to a high standard, the project enabled our repeat client to open and commence trading quickly within this busy automotive precinct.

100 new homes and a more sustainable future!

Another 100 apartments have been delivered with the completion of two affordable social housing apartment buildings at Prospect Corner in Adelaide’s inner north-east.
Working together with architect Brown Falconer, sustainability was front and centre with both buildings targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. In addition, these two projects were pilots for Kennett’s BAMB (Buildings as Material Banks) initiative which promotes circularity in the construction industry and the subsequent reduction of GHG emissions.
Extensive value management on both buildings whilst maintaining quality and sustainability objectives, contributed to significant savings for the client.
Delivered within tight timeframes and alongside multiple concurrent construction projects in a busy precinct, these projects represent a significant affordable housing outcome that has been supported by the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF).

Setting a new standard in social housing for SA, Uniting on Second in Bowden offers exceptional views either across the parklands to Adelaide's CBD or down to the coast. Beautifully designed by , the 8 storey building features a communal rooftop garden, undercover parking with electric charging, balconies and high quality internal finishes throughout. The amenity in these 70 apartments is next level.
Huge thanks to all consultants and the many trades that worked alongside us to deliver a building that we can all be proud of.

At Kennett, we see reconciliation as a commitment that extends beyond recognition - it is a journey of learning, building respect and taking practical steps to better recognise and engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our REFLECT RAP has been recently endorsed by Reconciliation Australia and we have chosen National Reconciliation Week to launch our RAP across every project site in SA and Vic, and take the opportunity to speak with our teams and subcontractors around the meaning behind the RAP and its importance to our business. Going forward, we will continue to focus on building genuine partnerships, creating opportunities, supporting education and awareness, and strengthening connections that deliver positive and lasting outcomes.

🏀  We’re excited to be partnering with the to deliver the new four court Marion Basketball Stadium, home of the Panthers

With a funding contribution by the federal government, this important community facility will create a space for generations of players and their families.
