TAKE A MINUTE 👀 |

We love a raked gable ceiling, but can we take a moment to appreciate the extra height in these doorways and openings too! 👏🏼

It’s often the little design decisions that make a big difference to how a home feels. 🏡

Internal linings are now complete, second fix is underway and cabinetry is on order.

FIT-OUT IN PROGRESS 🔨 |

Plenty happening behind the scenes at Ray McIntosh

Second fix, tiling and kitchen cabinetry by Hough Cabinets are all underway. 👏🏼

Still very much a work in progress, with plenty of finishing details yet to come — but we’re loving seeing each stage unfold! 🏡

THE IN-BETWEEN STAGE ✨ |

A little dust, a lot of detail and plenty happening behind the scenes in Yabberup! 👏🏼

Cabinetry is now installed, tiling is underway and exterior painting is nearly complete.

It’s in these in-between stages that all those carefully considered selections start to tell their story. 🏡

WHO KNEW? 😂🔨

When you put it like that, carpentry sounds pretty straightforward!

But we all know there’s a little more skill, patience and precision involved. 👏🏼

Any other carpenters relate? 👀

UP AND OUT OF THE GROUND 👏🏼 |

Earthworks, slab and wall frames are now complete. 🔨

A big change on site, with the footprint of this Allanson home now clearly taking shape.

A CLOSER LOOK 🤍 |

Built, finished and now sold — a closer look around this beautifully considered Collie home, designed to make the most of the northern sun.

Clean lines, warm finishes and plenty of detail throughout. 🏡✨

SPOT THE BEAMS! 👀

Let’s play hide and seek with the structural cranked beams throughout . ✨ How many can you spot? 🔎

These clever pieces of engineering are doing some serious heavy lifting, supporting the soaring raked gable ceilings that will be a standout feature of this Collie home. 🏡

A little reminder that not all the magic (or the cost!) is in the finishes. Some of the most important details are the ones you’ll never see! 👏🏼

ANOTHER STAGE TICKED OFF 👏🏼

is now wrapped, with cladding underway.

Always a good feeling when the exterior starts to come together — especially on a simple, sleek design like this one. 🏡

THE CARPENTERS 🔨😂

Not everyone’s lining up to take on the tools… but we’re pretty glad these guys do!

A little appreciation for the skill, hard work and patience that goes into getting the job done. 👏🏼

Any other tradies feeling this one? 👀

LOCKED UP! 🔑 |

Another big milestone ticked off, with this Collie home now at lockup! 🏡

It’s been a busy month, with glazing installed, exterior rendering complete and gyprocking now underway.

This family home is looking a whole lot closer to the finished vision. 👏🏼
