Victoria | Chapel Street | Project Progress

Great work by the team at Chapel Street alongside Kapitol, with strong leadership from our Site Manager Kane Davidson and Project Manager David Roche, drives the project forward.

The slab has now been completed across four pours, with cast-in drainage installed amongst complex hydro slab reinforcement prior to each pour. A large portion of the pipework was prefabbed off-site at our head office before being delivered and installed by our site crew.

Momentum on site continues to build as we prepare for full production heading into the coming month, alongside the ongoing finalisation of tanks and plant installation.

Confined Space Training | Team Development

Our team recently completed Confined Space Entry training, strengthening the knowledge, procedures, and practical response skills required to safely operate in high-risk environments.

From hazard identification and atmospheric testing to rescue procedures and emergency response, continuous training ensures our people are prepared, compliant, and confident in every situation.

VIC | Tower 9 | Project Progress

Strong progress continues at Tower 9, with cold water and drainage rough-ins now progressing well into the upper levels of the structure as the build continues to rise rapidly.

Plant installation has now commenced on site, with high-pressure stainless steel risers set to begin in the coming days.

Steady progress on site at the Stabling & Maintenance Facility (SMF Metro) as our team continues delivering critical hydraulic works.

Recent works include:
- Installation of copper pressure services
- Progress on HDPE sanitary stackwork
