The DAAD Scholarship program is now accepting applications for international postgraduate studies.

Financial Support & Benefits
Monthly Stipend: €992 and annual study allowance of € 460 for Master’s students; €1,400 and annual research allowance of € 460 for Doctoral candidates.

Comprehensive Coverage: Includes health insurance and travel allowances.

Additional Aid: Eligibility for rent subsidies and family member allowances.

Duration: Typically upto 24 months of funding (Masters) and maximum of four years for PhD.

Introducing Paid 1:1 Mentorship Sessions

Dear aspiring scholars,

My free scholarship resources shared via the LinkedIn, X, Global Agri-scholarships and scholarship corner page, YouTube channel, and community groups will continue uninterrupted. All general opportunities and information remain completely free.

Lately, I’ve received an increasing number of requests for personalized guidance: reviewing application materials, tailoring strategies to individual profiles, and navigating specific scholarship pathways in agriculture and related fields. Some of these conversations have extended to late-night calls (including 2 AM), which I’ve gladly supported.

However, as a PhD candidate at the Australian National University, my own research is entering a more intensive phase. Balancing this with timely responses has become challenging.

To sustain high-quality support while protecting time for my doctoral work, I will now offer paid 1:1 mentorship sessions, primarily scheduled on weekends at mutually convenient times.

Free content stays free. Payment is required only for dedicated, one-on-one sessions — a modest fee that helps cover my time (think of it as sharing a virtual coffee ☕ while targeting scholarships often valued in thousands of dollars).

The Lorenzoni Lab at Penn State is seeking a PhD student to conduct research in avian diseases, with a start date in Summer or Fall 2026. A competitive stipend and full tuition support are provided.
