🏡 WE’RE HIRING – OFFICE ASSISTANT

Moloko Homes is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our growing team in Cannonvale.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role where they can develop their skills and grow within the company. We welcome applications from experienced administrators as well as those beginning their career.

The position will initially be four days per week during the training period, with the potential to progress into a full-time role. We are flexible.

The role will include:
• General administration duties
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the office
• Assisting with marketing and social media
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Assisting with client enquiries
• Organising appointments and meetings
• Preparing and submitting documentation and application
• Supporting the team with day-to-day office tasks
• Learning different areas of the business as the role develops

We are looking for someone who:
• Is friendly, professional and reliable
• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Is organised and has excellent attention to detail
• Communicates confidently with clients and team members
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new programs
• Can manage multiple tasks and follow them through to completion
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our company
