An appreciation post for the boss man - Most of you know him as Chris. This post is probably against his wishes (thankfully we got Mrs Gauci’s approval first 😂).
We spend a lot of time talking about the projects we’ve delivered, the machinery, the milestones, the clients we’ve had the privilege of working alongside, and most importantly, the incredible efforts of our team.
What doesn’t always get spoken about is the person who made it all possible.
Back in 2012, Gauci Civil started with a single truck, a vision, and a willingness to make it happen. Through years of hard work, long days, calculated risks and an unwavering commitment to doing things properly, Chris built the foundations of what Gauci Civil is today.
The projects, the opportunities, the careers, the friendships, and the culture we’ve built as a team all stem from that decision to take a chance and back himself.
For many of us, this company has provided more than just a job. It’s provided opportunities, growth, lifelong friendships and the chance to be part of something we’re genuinely proud of.
On behalf of the entire Gauci Civil team, thank you Chris.
Your leadership, dedication and belief in the people around you are the reason we’re here today, and we’re proud to be part of what you’ve built.
