Australian driver's licence
Induction safety white card
Reliable vehicle
Commitment to a 4-year apprenticeship

"We thoroughly recommend Greg Chalk and his building business, Benchmark Building & Construction Pty Ltd. Over the years we have called on him for repairs to our house at Yaroomba on the Sunshine Coast Qld. In each case we found Greg to be approachable, flexible and professional.

When we decided to do a major renovation this year we specifically asked our Project Designer/Manager to seek a quote from Benchmark. We subsequently accepted this quote knowing full well that the renovation would be done to our budget, be completed on time, and the workmanship would be of good quality.

Throughout the renovation Greg Chalk maintained regular communication informing us of each stage. He was flexible and accommodating when we asked for changes to the original plans.
