Behind every construction project is a team keeping the wheels turning long before boots hit site.

Meet Lydie, one of the superstars helping make that happen at DICE.

From accounts and project support to systems management, her role touches almost every part of the business - helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What drew Lydie to DICE was the chance to be part of the bigger picture. Not siloed into one task, but trusted to contribute, problem-solve, and support the wider team.

She describes the culture at DICE as supportive, down-to-earth, and hardworking - a place where accountability matters and people are trusted to get the job done.

As DICE continues to grow, team members like Lydie are a big part of what keeps that momentum moving.

Thank you, Lydie, for being part of the DICE family 👏

The work you don’t see? Months of coordination behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery once construction begins.

Works at our urban housing site in Millner are now officially underway - following months of planning, approvals, and waiting for the right conditions.

Our GM Lindsay recently headed on site to check out progress so far:

âś“ Bulk earthworks
âś“ Building pad preparation
âś“ Water service upgrades
âś“ Profiling & site set out

Plumbing:
Underboring: JSM Civils

Next up: concrete slab pours.

Dry season = full delivery mode 👏

An ’84 Nissan Urvan, a set of tools, and extra experience gained working on Darwin’s first LNG plant.

That’s where DICE began.

Ray Pratt made the decision to back himself - buying a van, putting an ad in the paper, and getting to work.

What followed wasn’t easy, but it shaped the discipline, systems, and standards DICE is known for today.

Now delivering major projects across the NT with a strong and growing team, the scale has changed - but the intent hasn’t.

It’s about creating opportunity that leads to choice - building capability, backing Indigenous talent, and leading from the front.

Proud moment for the DICE team 🏆

On Tuesday night at NT Defence Week 2026, we were honoured to win the Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence - Indigenous Business.

This year’s theme, 'Northern Capability, National Defence,' reflects the Territory’s role in supporting Australia’s defence readiness - with Indigenous businesses playing a key part in building that capability.

Congratulations to fellow finalist in our category TEC Automation NT, along with all other winners and finalists.

To our team, this one’s yours.

Thank you for delivering with consistency, professionalism, and pride - every day.

Safety isn’t something you expect.
It’s something you design.

In the Northern Territory, that matters even more.

Because when you’re working remote, help isn’t around the corner...
it can be hours away.

At DICE, safety isn’t left to chance.

It’s structured, tracked, and shared across every level, from leadership to every person on site.

That’s why we’ve recently implemented Breadcrumb across our operations
giving real-time visibility over our fleet, people, and movements on the ground.

This World Day for Safety and Health at Work, it’s a reminder: safe environments don’t happen by accident.

They showed up when it mattered most.

Some of our incredible Electrical team attended a dawn service last year to honour the ANZACs - the courageous men and women who gave so much in service of our country.

This ANZAC Day, we again pause to recognise the service and sacrifice of all who have served - past and present.

Their dedication, resilience, and sacrifice laid the foundations of the freedoms and way of life we cherish today.

Lest we forget 🌹
