This Colorado has been through a few times now. It had major transmission failure 6 months ago but the owner can't bring himself to part with it so another one was sourced and fitted and back on the road.

She has some minor issues but is still going strong at 413000klm and counting.

Bit of a different work front to end the week but a machine none the less that was in need of a service and some well over due attention to keep this horse stable & arena running.

Quick reseal on this tilt ram and this forklift is back in action.

This ranger came through 5 months ago and we fit twin transmission coolers, thermal bypass valve, transmission fluid flush and a service.
Since then it has had a nice trouble free trip to WA and back towing there caravan with max transmission temp of 80 degrees.
Now home she was due for another service.

REMINDER this fuel filter has only done 20,000klm.
Keep them fresh.

Nice Patrol through to replace leaking inner axel seals and a swivel hub overhaul while we were there.

Just in time by the looks with the lack of grease in 1 cv and signs of water entry in the other wheel hub.

Such a shame they're not built like this anymore...

Customer was having trouble with there 3 way fridge in there caravan while running on 12 volts.

A voltage drop was diagnosed due to incorrect wire size being used in the vehicle.

Installed a more sufficient size cable through a breaker and voltage sensative relay to protect the main battery from draining while parked and are now happy caravaning again.

Service, all belts replaced and steering leak repair on a nice case JX90.
Customer definitely got there moneys worth out of this air cleaner.
