Kelly — quadriplegic after a motor vehicle accident — requires 24/7 care.
She trusted a builder to carry out works.
The works were defective, non-compliant and unsafe.
Breaches and defects were reported. Acknowledged.

A year later — still no resolution.

So we stepped in.
Not as builders.
As auditors.
As advocates.

As professionals who understand compliance, standards and accountability.

Because accessible housing should protect the vulnerable — not expose them.

Sometimes our role goes beyond construction.

Sometimes it’s about standing beside someone who needs support.

PNP Constructions – of the #2025 HIA Queensland Housing Awards in the 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 category for our design and build of The Apollo Apartments 𝘣𝘺 𝘗𝘕𝘗 – SDA project in Caboolture. ☀️🏠

This recognition reaffirms our passion, vision, and commitment to redefining and setting new benchmarks in hashtag — delivering accessible luxury through thoughtful spaces, architectural design, quality craftsmanship, and advanced technology-enabled features that place safety, independence, dignity, community, and comfort at the centre of every decision.

𝘣𝘺 𝘗𝘕𝘗 challenges traditional expectations of disability design, demonstrating what’s possible when high-quality accessibility, innovation, consultation, and human-centred architecture come together. It proves that Specialist Accommodation can be luxurious, comfortable, and deeply personal - a place residents are proud to call home.

It was an honour to have the project assessed by a panel of industry experts, with strong focus on quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, sustainability, and innovation. We’re incredibly proud of the exceptional feedback received, especially with such strong competition on the night.

A big thank you to the Housing Industry Association (HIA) for hosting such a fantastic event at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and celebrating excellence across the residential housing industry. Congratulations to all finalists and winners, it’s inspiring to stand alongside so many raising the bar. 🏗️ 🌟

This award recognises excellence in the construction and design of specialised housing, tailored to meet specific accessibility needs, going above and beyond minimum regulatory requirements.

Designed and built by , Apollo - a symbol of harmony, light, healing, and protection - embodies our philosophy of accessible luxury, where refined design, technology, and human-centred detail come together to create homes that empower independence and dignity.

Judged by a panel of industry experts, the awards placed strong emphasis on quality of workmanship, design effectiveness, environmental sustainability, and innovation, all of which were physically assessed on site.

The judges’ feedback was exceptional, noting the craftsmanship and thoughtful integration of accessibility without compromising on style or comfort.

We’re incredibly proud of our team and partners for setting a new benchmark in Specialist Disability Accommodation, and keeping our fingers crossed!

We’re excited to share that our Karalee project has been named as a finalist in the 2025 KBDi Design Awards — Large Bathroom Category! 🛁✨

This bathroom was more than just a renovation. It was about creating a space that offered dignity, calm, and everyday comfort for Jay and his wife, all designed with accessibility requirements for Jay.

From step-free transitions and dual shower heads to a concrete bathtub framed by garden views, every detail was designed for both accessibility and beauty. Structural changes allowed for seamless circulation and long-term use, while soft textures, curved oak features, and calming tones brought the space to life.

Thank you to our team, the client Jay, and the team at POGCS who collaborated with us to make this possible. Proof that inclusive design can be both functional and stunning.

🌝 We're over the moon to be onboard!

PNP Group are proud to be sponsoring the 2025 Sunshine Coast Moonwalk - a full moon event with music, magic, and hope, raising funds for a life-changing gene therapy for children living with the rare neurodegenerative disease SPG56.

Olympic Sprinter Ebony Lane will be joining PNP Co-founders Marcus and Eva Pavlakis for this family friendly charity event and we hope to see all of our "Sunny Coast" friends there too.

Walk together on a fully accessible coastal boardwalk path under the rising full moon. Led by drummers and filled with community spirit, this beachside walk is suitable for all ages, prams, and wheelchairs.

After the "moonwalk", kick back and relax under the sunset, and settle in with live music, glowing lanterns, and a relaxed atmosphere, with plus lawn games and easy access to Tickle Park’s amazing playground.

We believe in building strong, inclusive communities - and we're honoured to be walking alongside so many passionate people. Let's light up the night together! 🎇
