We’re humbled by another 5 star review, more importantly delighted with another happy new home owner, but also not afraid to highlight the fact we are not the cheapest.
In building homes there is 3x key focus points: time (speed), cost & quality. You can’t focus on all three. So we’re happy to highlight that our NUMBER ONE focus point is QUALITY, which means if your most important factor in building a house is price or speed, we’re unlikely the builder for you.
Value however, is a different thing to price. We absolutely pride ourselves on not just the quality we deliver, but also the value. Our inclusions are market leading, our customer service is personal, and if you do choose to upgrade something, it’s provided at a fair price in lieu of the quality item that’s already included.
Our value, or what you get/experience, when considering such a large financial and long term decision, your home, will more than justify paying just a little bit more.
