About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-site carpentry works, supervising trade staff, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate carpentry works on site
Supervise and mentor trade assistants and apprentices
Liaise with site supervisors and project managers
Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards
Accurately interpret plans and specifications

Skills & Experience Required
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) 10+ Years Experience
Demonstrated experience in a leading hand or supervisory capacity

Commitment to workplace health and safety
