Another old house restored with concrete stumps wasn't much left off the wooden stumps. Took up all the spoon drain to start Tunnelling in under the house to removed heaps off dirt. Finally got under and new concrete stumps in. After done the plumber came and did his job. And then we cleaned the driveway and took dirt away happy days again.

Another big job done in bush town off club terrace this job had stumps range from 450mm to 1.8m it was a challenge and we completed it. Their was termites and all got treated. Stumps were in bad shape. Turned out amazing with all the new concrete stumps. Happy days got job completed and now wait for our new bubs to arrive this week🥰

Amazing week in bairnsdale we had the team from J's lift pack restumping has done it again restored the 1890s house that was brought. Floors were up before we started and the amazing stuff we found. Bottles back from 1890s coins from 1890s to 1950s and news paper.from 1965. In the photos u see how the house was originally built with round logs and then they extended on to the front. 53 wooden stumps came and lift up 170mm and brand new concrete stumps in the place as well some new bearers as well. The stumps were big. The place is finished. Can't wait to see the outcome off the place and it's ready to sell.

What a week working in sale. Tunnelling a house out to get in under to get the wooden stumps and put new concrete stumps in. Tench filled with water over the weekend. Also had a pipe break and got the plumbers to come fix it after they fixed it 3 times I had to call them back because they didn't do it right. With all the hold ups we finally finished the job boys worked hard

What a couple off weeks we have had. The boys have been working hard to keep houses safe and more stable. Started in lakes entrance with a 77 stump house. Old stumps removed and The ground was hard clay but the boys dug the holes all down 600mm deep. Jacked the house to level and hung all the new concrete stumps and bang concreted them all in. Left for 2 days and went and cleaned up. the owner was so happy with the outcome 💪 next job was eagle point pretty easy job Removing 16 pine post that weren't even concreted in the ground dug all the holes deep 600mm beautiful ground to dig and put new concrete stumps in and leveled the place and bang concreted them all in. Once done left for 2 days and cleaned up and put new baseboards on the place as well looks amazing out come 💪

Well 2 weeks down and finally finished the job. After termites crawling around and had to get it all sprayed before we could do anything. Once that was done we changed every bearer and joist and jack the place to level and dug heaps off dirt out and with the owners help they removed heaps off dirt as well. Finally got to dig all holes and stump the whole place. Once done and cleaned up we laid all new yellow tounge down and now it looks amazing. Been challenging job but got it all done and owners 😊😊
