A site walkthrough is a critical step where we review the block conditions, confirm levels and boundaries, check access, and ensure all pre-slab requirements are ready to go.

This includes coordination with surveyors, engineers, and trades to make sure drainage, services, and footings align with the approved plans.

We’re excited to share a sneak peek of the front entry to our latest coastal build in Manly vale, a project that blends clean modern design with warm, inviting materials.

This beautifully crafted entryway features a solid timber front door with a sleek matte-black handle and smart-lock hardware, framed by crisp white brickwork and vertical paneling. The patterned coastal-inspired tiles lead you up to the entrance, setting the tone for the relaxed, beach-side atmosphere that flows throughout the home.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to balance durability with style , perfect for a beach house just moments from the shoreline.

🏗️ Dover Heights Transformation 🏡

What a project! We were proud to be part of last night’s episode of Love It or List It Australia, working alongside Neale Whitaker and the talented team at Gardner Design to bring the Dover Heights renovation to life.

From day one, this build was all about precision, teamwork, and smart construction solutions. The homeowners had a great property with amazing potential — our job was to make the design vision a reality, down to the finest detail.

Working closely with Gardner Design, we ensured every design detail was executed with care — from aligning materials and finishes to ensuring the construction flowed smoothly under tight filming timelines.

Seeing the homeowners’ reactions during the reveal made all the long days worth it. There’s nothing better than turning a concept into a home that truly reflects how people want to live.
