The early start was made a little easier when we arrived at this location 😍

Some of our crew recently delivered and installed a BIG60 at its new home in the Meander Valley. Built as an investment for our client, this home will become a long-term rental property!

This BIG70 and BIG60 are now officially at their new home in Coles Bay 😍

You may remember a few weeks ago, Dave showed you the process of getting the site prepped? Well, recently, these homes were transported to site and carefully installed onto their footings.

We’re back onsite and walking through two of our nearly finished homes 🏠

Both these Container Tiny Homes are going to become part of the one home, configured in an L-shape and connected by a deck.

Together, they create one home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms — giving each side its own privacy while still working as one.

Jason takes us through both units before they leave our Launceston yard and head to Wynyard for installation. Stay tuned!

A lot of people assume our home are delivered in sections and assembled onsite, but they’re actually built onsite here at Tiny Homes Tasmania HQ, then transported to site as a complete home.

A few more moments from our recent Flinders Island install 📸

If you didn’t see our install video, we loaded these two homes onto the ferry the night before, then flew over to meet them on the island.

From the early-morning site prep to seeing both homes carefully lifted into place, thanks to Cranes Combined, plenty was happening behind the scenes to bring this project together 💪

The BIG60 and TINY40 now sit side-by-side at the base of Mt Strzelecki, creating a custom three-bedroom home in a pretty spectacular part of Tasmania 😍

Jason recently headed down to Dodges Ferry for a site consultation, taking the time to walk the block, understand the client’s plans and work through how we can work with the site.

Every block comes with its own opportunities and challenges, so we don’t believe in taking a one-size-fits-all approach. These visits help us consider access, positioning, services, site conditions and the finer details early — before design and construction get underway.
