Before the headers start rolling, make sure your bunker tarps are ready for another harvest.

Now is the time to roll out your existing tarps and inspect them for tears, holes and signs of fabric deterioration. Addressing damage early can help prevent costly delays when harvest is underway.

Depending on the damage:
✅ Large tears will generally require machine stitching
✅ Small tears, holes and punctures can often be repaired with high-strength adhesive tape
✅ Clusters of small holes can be covered with a patch secured using sealant or a hot-air gun

Take stock of your tarps now and plan ahead for any repairs, replacements or additional covers you may need this season.
